What did we do?
We began work with Silvia Perez, an established online coach, when she was recommended to us by her talent management Engage Partnerships. With her current success in the industry, we had a vision to build a scalable product that she could offer to her audience in addition to her individual coaching, we aimed to create something valuable for her audience while increasing her revenue. Silvia has a community that spans not only the UK, but America too - this meant the brand and product needed to appeal and attract all customers within her community.
With this in mind, we created a fitness plan that had a lower ticket price. This move aimed to appeal to a broader audience, allowing Silvia to engage with a larger customer base - building data while generating revenue.
Understanding the importance of catering to a diverse audience, we implemented a checkout system to serve both US and UK clients in their native currencies.
The introduction of a new fitness plan resulted in a successful launch for Silvia, exemplifying the power of strategic planning, pricing and customisation to empower an online coach, and encourage them to reach new heights. We look forward to supporting Silvia as she continues to make a lasting impact on her clients fitness journeys, while snowballing from the first launch into more books, physical products and merchandise.
