Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions: Thank you for considering Interruptive Marketing Solutions LTD. as your trusted partner in business growth.

Below are the terms and conditions for our Referral Scheme:

Eligibility: The Referral Scheme is open to existing clients of Interruptive Marketing Solutions LTD. (“IMS LTD.”) and is only active from 02/05/2024 to 02/07/2024 and may be extended. It shall not be backdated if you have referred a client previously.

Referral Process: Referrers must introduce new businesses/creators to IMS LTD. and ensure that the referral is mentioned during initial contact or contract negotiations.

Qualifying Referral: A referrer will be eligible for the reward only if the referred business signs a consultancy agreement with IMS LTD. The referral must be a new client to IMS LTD. and not an existing or previous client, or have been contacted or in contact with/by IMS LTD in the previous 2 weeks from referral date.

Reward Structure: Rewards are determined by IMS LTD. and may vary depending on the nature of the contract signed by the referred business. The current reward structure is £1000 and 10% of Revenue Earned by IMS LTD less any external fees (capped at £500 in deductions) in the 28 days following signing of the new client. Rewards are subject to change at the discretion of IMS LTD.

Withdrawal of Rewards: Rewards earned through the Referral Scheme are withdrawable at any time by the referrer. Referrers can request the withdrawal of their rewards through a request via email to [email protected]. Referral fees will be paid within 60 days of said request via BACS or in credit if the Referrer is a current client.

Modification of Scheme: IMS LTD. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Referral Scheme at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the scheme may be communicated to referrers via email or other suitable means of communication. But the Referrer should keep up to date with this page for any changes.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute regarding the Referral Scheme or the eligibility of a referral, the decision of IMS LTD. shall be final. Referrers agree to abide by the decisions made by IMS LTD. in such cases. At anytime IMS LTD may choose not to pay this fee if there is a commercially reasonable excuse not to do so, such as the new client being already in negotiations, or the new signing can not be fully attributed to the Referrers introduction.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Referral Scheme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the Referral Scheme, referrers agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the disqualification of the referrer from receiving rewards.
