What did we do?

We reached out to Lily, who we were keen to work with as her ethos to fitness and wellbeing promotes a healthy lifestyle that her online community supports. Lily was an established online coach, who was at capacity with what she could offer to clients. Her sought after workouts and meal plans meant she had a very engaged audience that wanted as much information off Lily as they could get.

Lily had throughout her fitness journey documented how she had structured her workouts and meals which created a demand from her audience. This meant that we were able to create a product we knew her community would be highly interested in.

We launched the Hardest Thing First brand, based from a discovery call where we dug up Lily’s story, her history in the fitness industry and her ethos. From this her first product “the cutting diaries”, brought its own edge in the industry, changing the standard fitness plan ethos to include valuable information, recipes and multiple workout options.

The launch of the product was successful creating further demand for further products for Lily, HTF brand and her online coaching service.
